SUNWAY LAB has still been guided by our founder's basic philosophy. "Affectionate, Attention and Creativity." We shall strive to contribute to society via our principles, human resource development, and business action towards the continuous growth.

I created this firm after finishing my MSC in chemistry and working a several jobs. The firm began with two employees in a tiny room and one piece of equipment. Being the manpower and managing everything from manufacturing to sales was a huge challenge, but it helped the company grow tremendously, leading to another success mantra of the company- "M2M," which means manpower to manager. I think that every contribution to a company's growth and attainment of its goals is owned and controlled by that contributor.

It gives me pride to say that we are committed to embrace the future with determination from its beginning, and have used this guiding principle to face the challenge of continuous technical advancement and innovation and thrive the best part.

Sunway lab believes that it is the advanced and exceptional technology. As for the ideal 21st- century civilization, it is a really prosperous society in which humans and environment may coexist in perpetuity. It is critical to create an earth environment in which everyone may live comfortably and pass on to the next generation. We at Sunway Lab are primarily pursuing positive technology that focuses on "development of a product that considers the environment." We also proceeded to strive for additional quality control organization based on our true company concept. We have obtained ISO accreditation, and we are making comparable good efforts for all of our products and affiliates.

In terms of business organization, currently we have a small team dedicated towards the customer satisfaction by identifying their specific requirements with quality standards and provide the steady after sales services which is one of our commitments towards attaining the supply chain and logistics requirements.

The company started step zero and now it has annual turnover of 10 crores but still there are miles to go which is possible only with the objective to serve the society by keeping a balance between the nature and advanced technology. The company’s high values and ethics have always been instrumental in adapting to the modern-day business transformation, building competitiveness to start a new beginning for various industries like ceramic, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industry.
