Our quality commitment ensures that we comply with all the WHO CGMO standards on local, national and international regulatory affairs. We also believe that we provide Eco-friendly and higher-quality products. Our quality policy includes adherence to International Standards by ensuring the Quality Management System. Effective Human Resource Management results in maximum productivity, so that is important to provide the best performance. And lastly, we also ensure that our clients are completely satisfied by meeting up to their expectations.

Quality management is an important part of the pharmaceutical and food industry and thus at Sunway lab we take quality very seriously. Our Quality Department consists of a senior chemist and the head of the Department. The Quality Department adheres to the standard guidelines set and required under ISO 9001:2008, GMP, API standards and ensure that they are followed diligently.

The most important tasks of the Quality Department include the coordination of internal and external audits, monitoring cooperation between the various departments from a QA-perspective, drawing up Certificates of Analysis and Material Safety Data sheets and the approval and release of raw materials and packing material.
